About This Task

Generate a link or QR-Code to direct the operating personnel to the documentation of your product in the EnduraDocs Viewer. With the EnduraDocs Viewer, the operating personnel can access your documentation files of one product in any language. The operating personnel can access the latest published documentation files of one product according to their confidentiality level. Opened files are saved on the device automatically, so the operating personnel can access them offline at a later time. The EnduraDocs Viewer is available with every payment plan.

QR Code
Generates a QR-Code that can be downloaded and applied to the device to direct the operating personnel to the product in the EnduraDocs Viewer.
Link
Creates a link that directs the operating personnel to the product in the EnduraDocs Viewer.

Instructions

  1. Arrow pointing to the right. Go to the Product Explorer and open your product.
  2. Arrow pointing to the right. Click "Share" Arrow pointing to the right..
  3. Arrow pointing to the right. Choose your sharing option:
    1. Arrow pointing to the right. Select a light or dark QR-Code then click "Download" to save the QR-Code on your PC.
    2. Arrow pointing to the right. Click on the copy button Check mark. to copy the link to your clipboard.
    You can now send the link to the operating personnel or apply the QR-Code on your device.
  4. Arrow pointing to the right. Close the share window.
