Roles: Editor, Reviewer, Admin Plans: Pro, Advanced, Enterprise

About This Task

Note: These instructions do not include sharing access to individual products in the EnduraDocs Viewer. For instructions on that, look here.

Generate a link or QR-Code to direct the operating personnel to the documentation of your product in the Documentation Portal. Like this, the operating personnel is directed to a web page containing all products that are assigned to the Documentation Portal.

QR Code: Generates a QR-Code that can be downloaded and applied to the device to direct the operating personnel to the Documentation Portal.
Link: Creates a link that directs the operating personnel to the Documentation Portal.

Instructions

Requirements:

User Roles = Editor, Reviewer, or Admin.
Payment Plans = Pro, Advanced, or Enterprise.

Go to the Portal Explorer.
Click "Share" .
The share window opens.
Choose your sharing option:
1. Select a light or dark QR-Code then click "Download" to save the QR-Code on your PC.
2. Click on the copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.
You can now send the link to the operating personnel or apply the QR-Code on your device.
Close the share window.
