Your allowed number of Documentation Portals depends on your payment plan. If you have the Advanced or Enterprise payment plan your can have multiple portals with individual product selections.

The portal settings serve as identifying properties in the EnduraDocs Manager and for the operating personnel. Some portal settings are used within the EnduraDocs Manager and the Documentation Portal.

Associated Products

Assigned Products

By default, all products that belong to the same workspace as the Documentation Portal are assigned to it, and the operating personnel can access the published documentation of all of them. If you don't want that, you need to create multiple Documentation Portals and assign products manually to them. Then, only the selected products that are assigned to a Documentation Portal can be accessed by the operating personnel in this Documentation Portal. Unassigned products are excluded from the Documentation Portal but are still accessible via the EnduraDocs Viewer.
