The Admin Panel serves as the control unit of your workspace, where you can manage users, workspace settings, and themes. Access to the Admin Panel is denied to users with the Editor and Reviewer roles. Thus, a workspace must have at least one user with the Admin role. Usually, this is the user who created the workspace.
- Invite users to the workspace and manage user roles.
- Update workspace info to reflect new developments.
- Create themes for the EnduraDocs Viewer.
About the Admin Role
The Admin has all the rights of a Reviewer. They also have the right to manage the Documentation Portal, change the settings of a workspace, and manage users in the Admin Panel. The Admin-role is the prerequisite for opening the Admin Panel. For users with another role, it is hidden.
Areas of the Admin Panel
The Admin Panel has these functional area that you can access via the navigation sidebar of the Admin Panel.
- User Management
- The user management controls access to the workspace. Here you can add users to the workspace, assign user roles, and remove users from the workspace. Learn more.
- Workspace Settings
- The workspace settings manage the workspace details and payment plans. Here, you can update your workspace, or unlock additional features of the EnduraDocs Software by changing your payment plan. Learn more.
- Theme Management
- The theme management controls the look of the EnduraDocs Viewer and Documentation Portal of your workspace.
