Revision Editing

Here you learn:
- To edit the available languages of a review in draft state.

While in Draft state, your revision can be edited by updating its
structure and metadata choices, or assigning documentation files to Document s. The goal of the editing phase is to assign a documentation file to each
Document and updating the revision to further developments like the translation into a new
language.
Manage Languages
Update the language choices or usage in your revisions to reflect
missing or incoming translations of this product's documentation files.

- Assign Multiple Languages
- Assigns additional languages to the same
InformationUnit. This means the documentation file you assign to this
InformationUnit is displayed for both languages in the EnduraDocs Viewer and in the Documentation Portal Learn more.
Manage Document
Complete the file assignment to Documents or
InformationUnits and update the revision structure or metadata choices to reflect changes in the
product's documentation.

- Finalize Revision
- Designate the revision as completed and promote its state in the revision workflow to Review. When you finalize the revision, it can no longer be edited. Learn more.
