About Portals
The Documentation Portal is a web page that collects the documentation of products in the same workspace. The operating personnel can access documentation of any product assigned to the Documentation Portal in their browser without needing to link to the documentation of a specific product. The Documentation Portal is available for the Pro payment plan and above.

Assigned Products
By default, all products that belong to the same workspace as the Documentation Portal are assigned to it, and the operating personnel can access the published documentation of all of them. If you don't want that, you need to create multiple Documentation Portals and assign products manually to them. Then, only the selected products that are assigned to a Documentation Portal can be accessed by the operating personnel in this Documentation Portal. Unassigned products are excluded from the Documentation Portal but are still accessible via the EnduraDocs Viewer.
